Organization Background
Star Youth Social, Health & Education Development Organization (SYSHEDO) is a non-political, non-profit Afghan civil society organization established in January 2023 and officially registered with the Ministry of Economy under registration number 5750.
SYSHEDO was founded to support vulnerable communities facing social, economic, and humanitarian challenges across Afghanistan. The organization focuses on empowering youth, women, and marginalized groups by expanding access to education, healthcare, protection services, and livelihood opportunities.
Guided by principles of transparency, accountability, gender equality, and community participation, SYSHEDO works through community-based, inclusive approaches. With a capable team and strong partnerships with government institutions, NGOs, INGOs, and local stakeholders, the organization strives to contribute to a more resilient, equitable, and sustainable Afghan society.
